This Privacy Policy explains how StandApp, Inc. (“sMiles,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, discloses, stores, and protects information when you use sMiles, including the sMiles mobile application, Apple Watch application, Android application, browser extension, websites, web app, rewards services, games, shopping rewards, surveys, offers, tasks, Bitcoinverse, Learn, gift cards, ads products, API/SDK services, sMiles Pro, and any other services that link to this Privacy Policy.
By using sMiles, you agree to this Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Services.

2. What sMiles does
sMiles lets users earn Bitcoin rewards, also known as sats, for eligible activities such as walking, shopping, playing games, completing surveys, completing offers, learning, visiting locations, completing tasks, referring friends, participating in competitions, and using other reward features.sMiles is not a bank, broker, exchange, custodian, or Bitcoin wallet. sMiles may allow users to withdraw eligible rewards to a Bitcoin Lightning wallet, Lightning address, Cash App, exchange account, or other supported destination. We do not ask for, collect, or store your private keys, recovery phrases, or seed phrases.
3. Information we collect
We may collect information directly from you, automatically from your device, from app platforms, from connected services, and from reward, advertising, analytics, shopping, survey, game, offer, task, payment, and other partners. The information we collect depends on the features you use, your device settings, your permissions, your region, your age, and the version of the Services.
Account and profile information
We may collect your name, username, display name, email address, phone number, password or authentication information, profile photo, avatar, referral code, country, language, communication preferences, social profile information, and other information you add to your account.
Device and technical information
We may collect device identifiers, advertising identifiers, app instance IDs, IP address, push notification token, operating system, app version, browser type, device type, device settings, time zone, language, network information, crash logs, diagnostics, and other technical information.
Usage and app activity
We may collect information about how you use sMiles, including app opens, screens viewed, buttons tapped, product interactions, ads viewed, games played, lessons completed, offers started or completed, surveys completed, tasks completed, rewards earned, withdrawals requested, referrals made, competitions joined, leaderboard activity, streaks, and other in-app events.
Health, fitness, steps, and movement data
If you give permission, we may collect health, fitness, step count, movement, distance, activity, and related data from Apple HealthKit, Google Health Connect, Google Fit, Apple Watch, your mobile device, or other connected sources.
We use this data to operate step rewards, activity rewards, competitions, leaderboards, fraud prevention, and related app functionality. You can control HealthKit, Health Connect, Google Fit, Apple Watch, and similar permissions through your device settings.
We do not use Apple HealthKit or Google Health Connect data for advertising or sell it to third parties. We only use health and fitness data to provide and improve health, fitness, activity, reward, fraud-prevention, and user-requested functionality.
Location information
If you give permission, we may collect approximate or precise location information, including GPS, coarse location, cell-ID, Wi-Fi, IP-based location, or background location signals.
We may use location data to provide location-based rewards, Bitcoinverse, local tasks, store or merchant features, fraud prevention, reward verification, security, and app functionality. Some features may not work if location permissions are turned off. Background location use may affect battery life.
Shopping, cashback, gift card, and merchant information
When you use shopping rewards, cashback, gift cards, or merchant offers, we may collect and receive information such as merchant name, offer clicked, affiliate link, click ID, order ID, purchase amount, currency, purchase date, return or cancellation status, reward status, pending status, approval status, and related transaction information.
Shopping rewards may remain pending while a merchant, store, network, or partner confirms that a purchase is eligible and that the return or cancellation window has closed.
Games, surveys, offers, and partner rewardsWhen you play games, complete surveys, complete offers, or use partner reward features, we may collect and receive information such as partner name, offer ID, game ID, survey ID, device ID, advertising ID, eligibility information, progress, completion status, reward amount, postback data, fraud signals, and other information needed to verify and pay rewards.
Some partner features may be operated by third parties under their own terms and privacy policies.
Tasks and uploaded content
If you complete tasks, local tasks, at-home tasks, AI training tasks, or similar features, we may collect task submissions, photos, videos, audio, screenshots, receipts, location information, timestamps, device information, completion evidence, quality-control information, and review status.
Do not upload content that includes sensitive personal information about yourself or others unless the task clearly requires it and you have the right to provide it.
Rewards, balances, and withdrawals
We may collect and store information related to your sMiles Balance, Bitcoin rewards, sats earned, reward history, withdrawal requests, Lightning invoices, Lightning addresses, Cash App information, wallet or exchange identifiers that you choose to provide, transaction status, fraud checks, and related support information.
Bitcoin and Lightning transactions may be irreversible. If you provide an incorrect withdrawal destination, rewards may not be recoverable.
Payments and subscriptions
If you purchase Premium, Premium+, gift cards, or other paid products, payment may be processed by Apple, Google, Stripe, MoonPay, Cash App, or another payment provider, depending on the feature. We may receive purchase receipts, subscription status, product purchased, price, currency, billing country, transaction ID, refund status, and related information. We generally do not receive your full credit card number from app stores or payment processors.
Communications and messages
We may collect messages and communications you send to us, including support emails, in-app messages, task messages, survey messages, feedback, app reviews, social media messages, and other communications. We may use this information to respond to you, provide support, improve the Services, and protect sMiles and our users.
Friends, contacts, referrals, and social features
If you use friend, invite, contact, referral, leaderboard, competition, or social features, we may collect your referral code, inviter and invitee information, friend connections, public profile information, leaderboard information, competition status, and other social feature data.If you choose to connect a social account or grant access to contacts or friends, we may collect the information you authorize, such as your name, profile photo, social account ID, friend list, or contacts, depending on the permission and platform.
Website, browser, and cookies data
When you visit our websites, web app, browser extension, ads manager, API/SDK pages, or other online services, we may collect browser information, IP address, cookies, pixels, device identifiers, pages viewed, referral URLs, campaign information, form submissions, account activity, and related analytics data.
Business, advertiser, API, and sMiles Pro information
If you use sMiles for business, advertising, healthcare, corporate wellness, API/SDK, NFC, Ads Manager, or sMiles Pro, we may collect company name, business contact information, billing information, campaign data, reward settings, employee or participant data, API credentials, analytics, usage logs, and related business information.
If an employer, sponsor, advertiser, or organization provides access to a sMiles product, that organization may receive limited information about your participation, rewards, steps, activity, or campaign performance, depending on the product, configuration, and applicable agreement.
4. How we collect information
We collect information in several ways:
You provide it directly when you create an account, contact support, complete a task, upload content, withdraw rewards, make a purchase, or use a feature.
We collect it automatically when you use the app, website, browser extension, or services.
We receive it from your device or platform when you grant permission, such as Apple HealthKit, Apple Watch, Google Health Connect, Google Fit, location services, notifications, camera, photos, or contacts.
We receive it from third parties, such as app stores, payment processors, shopping networks, merchants, game partners, survey partners, offer partners, analytics providers, advertising partners, anti-fraud providers, and reward partners.
5. How we use information
We may use information to:
Provide, operate, maintain, and improve sMiles.Create and manage user accounts.
Track eligible activity and calculate rewards.
Verify purchases, offers, surveys, games, tasks, and other reward events.
Approve, deny, reverse, or adjust rewards.
Process withdrawals to supported destinations.
Operate Premium, Premium+, gift cards, shopping rewards, games, Learn, surveys, offers, tasks, Bitcoinverse, competitions, leaderboards, referrals, and other features.
Personalize content, offers, rewards, and app experiences.
Send transactional messages, reward updates, support replies, security alerts, and service notices.
Send marketing messages, push notifications, emails, or promotions, where permitted.
Show ads and measure ad performance.
Analyze usage, performance, crashes, and diagnostics.
Prevent fraud, abuse, bots, fake accounts, reward manipulation, unauthorized access, and security incidents.
Protect the safety, integrity, and reliability of sMiles.Comply with legal, tax, accounting, regulatory, law enforcement, and contractual obligations.
Enforce our Terms and Conditions and other policies.
Develop new products, services, features, and reward opportunities.
6. Legal bases for processing
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom, Switzerland, or another region requiring a legal basis, we process personal information under one or more of the following legal bases:
Performance of a contract, when processing is needed to provide the Services you requested.
Consent, when you grant permissions or agree to certain processing, such as health data, location data, push notifications, cookies, or certain marketing.Legitimate interests, such as improving the Services, preventing fraud, securing the platform, measuring performance, and providing relevant offers, as long as those interests are not overridden by your rights.Legal obligations, when processing is needed to comply with laws, regulations, tax rules, accounting rules, court orders, or law enforcement requests.Vital interests or public interest, where applicable and legally permitted.
You may withdraw consent at any time through device settings, app settings, unsubscribe links, or by contacting us. Withdrawal of consent does not affect processing that occurred before withdrawal.
7. How we disclose information
We may disclose information to the following categories of recipients.
Service providers
We may disclose information to vendors and service providers that help us operate sMiles, including hosting, cloud infrastructure, analytics, customer support, email, push notifications, security, fraud prevention, payment processing, reward processing, data storage, crash reporting, and technical services.
Reward, shopping, survey, offer, game, and task partners
We may disclose information to partners when needed to operate rewards, verify completion, prevent fraud, attribute purchases, approve cashback, process tasks, provide surveys, run offers, operate games, or resolve support issues.
App stores and payment processors
We may disclose or receive information from Apple, Google, payment processors, subscription platforms, and other transaction providers to verify purchases, subscriptions, refunds, and payment status.
Withdrawal and financial service providers
If you choose to withdraw rewards to Cash App, a Lightning wallet, Lightning address, exchange, payment provider, or other destination, we may disclose information necessary to process or verify the withdrawal. Those third-party services may process your information under their own privacy policies.
Advertising and analytics partners
Where permitted and subject to your choices, we may disclose usage data, device identifiers, advertising identifiers, cookie data, product interactions, and related information to advertising and analytics partners to measure performance, prevent fraud, show or personalize ads, attribute installs, and improve campaigns.
Some of this activity may be considered “tracking,” “targeted advertising,” “sharing,” or “selling” under certain privacy laws, even if we do not sell personal information for money.
Business customers, advertisers, sponsors, and organizationsIf you participate in a sponsored campaign, local task, business reward program, sMiles Pro program, healthcare program, advertiser campaign, or similar feature, we may disclose limited information to the relevant business, sponsor, advertiser, employer, organization, or campaign partner so they can verify participation, measure campaign performance, provide support, or issue rewards.
Legal, safety, and compliance recipients
We may disclose information if we believe it is reasonably necessary to comply with law, regulation, legal process, government request, court order, tax or accounting obligation, security investigation, fraud prevention, or to protect the rights, property, safety, and integrity of sMiles, our users, partners, or the public.
Corporate transactions
If we are involved in a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, bankruptcy, sale of assets, or similar transaction, information may be disclosed or transferred as part of that transaction.
With your direction or consent
We may disclose information when you direct us to do so, when you use a feature that requires disclosure, or when you give consent.
8. App tracking, ads, and analytics
The Services may include ads, analytics, attribution, campaign measurement, and partner reward tracking.
On iOS, we will request permission through Apple’s App Tracking Transparency framework when required. You can change tracking preferences in your device settings.
On Android, you can control ad personalization and reset or delete your advertising ID through your device or Google settings, where available.
On websites, you can control cookies through your browser settings and, where available, cookie consent tools.
If you disable tracking, ads, location, health, or device permissions, some features may be limited or unavailable.
9. HealthKit, Health Connect, and fitness data
If you connect Apple HealthKit, Apple Watch, Google Health Connect, Google Fit, or similar services, we only access the health, fitness, step, or activity data you authorize.
We use this data to provide step rewards, health-related rewards, activity tracking, competitions, leaderboards, anti-fraud checks, and related functionality.
We do not sell HealthKit or Health Connect data.
We do not use HealthKit or Health Connect data for advertising.
We do not disclose HealthKit or Health Connect data to advertising platforms, data brokers, or information resellers.
We may disclose limited health, fitness, step, or activity data to service providers only when needed to provide the Services, comply with law, prevent fraud, secure the Services, or as otherwise directed by you.
You can revoke HealthKit, Health Connect, Google Fit, Apple Watch, and similar permissions at any time through your device settings. If you revoke access, we may no longer be able to track steps or provide related rewards.
10. Location data
Some sMiles features require location data, such as Bitcoinverse, local tasks, location-based rewards, merchant features, fraud prevention, and reward verification.
We may collect approximate location, precise location, or background location only as permitted by your device settings and applicable law.
You can disable location permissions through your device settings. If you disable location, certain rewards, tasks, or app features may not work.
11. User-generated content and public features
Some features may display your username, profile photo, avatar, verified badge, leaderboard rank, competition status, referral activity, public achievements, or other public profile information.
Do not include sensitive personal information in your public profile, username, photos, messages, or task submissions unless you want that information to be visible or processed for the relevant feature.
12. Cookies and similar technologies
We may use cookies, pixels, SDKs, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, keep you signed in, remember preferences, measure traffic, analyze usage, attribute installs, prevent fraud, support ads, and improve performance.
You can control cookies through your browser settings. Blocking cookies may affect website or web app functionality.
13. Data retention
We keep information for as long as reasonably necessary to provide the Services, operate rewards, maintain your account, process transactions, verify purchases, prevent fraud, comply with law, resolve disputes, enforce agreements, and maintain business records.
Retention periods may vary depending on the type of information and the reason we collected it. For example, reward, shopping, survey, offer, withdrawal, tax, accounting, and fraud-prevention records may be retained longer than general usage data.
When information is no longer needed, we may delete, anonymize, aggregate, or securely retain it if required for legal, security, fraud-prevention, or legitimate business purposes.
14. Account deletion
You can request deletion of your sMiles account in the sMiles app.
To delete your account, go to Account Settings, find the Account Deletion section, and tap Delete Account. You may be asked to verify deletion using a confirmation code sent to your email address.
After account deletion, we will delete or anonymize personal information associated with your account, unless we need to retain certain information for legal, tax, accounting, security, fraud-prevention, dispute-resolution, reward-verification, or legitimate business purposes.
Deleting your account may permanently remove your profile, rewards, balance, history, and access to the Services. Rewards that have not been withdrawn may be forfeited upon deletion.If you cannot access your account, contact support@smilesbitcoin.com.
15. Your choices and rights
Depending on your location, you may have the right to request access to your personal information, correction of inaccurate information, deletion of information, restriction of processing, portability of information, objection to processing, withdrawal of consent, or appeal of a decision.
You may also have the right to opt out of certain processing, including targeted advertising, sale, or sharing of personal information, where those terms are defined by applicable law.
To make a privacy request, contact support@smilesbitcoin.com. We may need to verify your identity before completing your request.
You can also control certain permissions directly through your device settings, including location, health, fitness, camera, photos, notifications, contacts, microphone, and tracking permissions.
16. California and U.S. state privacy notice
This section applies to residents of California and other U.S. states with applicable privacy laws.
We may collect the following categories of personal information:
Identifiers, such as name, email address, phone number, username, IP address, device ID, advertising ID, and account identifiers.
Customer records information, such as account information, support information, subscription status, and payment-related records.

We collect these categories from you, your device, app platforms, connected services, business partners, reward partners, analytics providers, advertising partners, and service providers.
We use these categories for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
We may disclose these categories to service providers, reward partners, shopping partners, survey partners, offer partners, game partners, task partners, payment processors, withdrawal providers, advertising and analytics partners, business customers, legal authorities, and other recipients described in this Privacy Policy.
We do not sell personal information for money. Certain advertising, analytics, or attribution activities may be considered “sharing,” “targeted advertising,” or “sale” under some privacy laws. You may opt out by adjusting device settings, disabling tracking permissions, using available privacy controls, or contacting us.
We do not knowingly sell or share personal information of users under 16.
We do not use sensitive personal information for purposes other than those permitted by applicable law, such as providing requested services, security, fraud prevention, and legal compliance.

17. International users and data transfers
sMiles is operated from the United States. If you use the Services from outside the United States, your information may be transferred to, stored in, or processed in the United States and other countries where we or our service providers operate.
These countries may have data protection laws different from those in your country. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards for international transfers.
18. Children and minors
sMiles is not intended for children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13 without parental consent.If you are under 16, you should use sMiles only with permission from a parent or legal guardian, where required by applicable law.If you believe a child has provided us personal information without required consent, contact support@smilesbitcoin.com and we will take appropriate steps.
19. Security
We use reasonable administrative, technical, and organizational measures designed to protect information. These measures may include encryption in transit, access controls, monitoring, and security reviews.No method of transmission or storage is completely secure. We cannot guarantee absolute security.
You are responsible for keeping your account credentials secure. Do not share your password, verification codes, wallet information, private keys, seed phrases, or recovery phrases with anyone. sMiles will never ask for your private keys, seed phrase, or wallet recovery phrase.
20. Third-party services
The Services may link to or integrate third-party services, including app stores, payment processors, merchants, shopping networks, games, surveys, offer walls, task providers, analytics tools, advertising networks, Cash App, Lightning wallets, exchanges, Bitcoin purchase providers, social networks, and websites.
Third-party services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.
21. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we may notify you through the app, website, email, push notification, or another reasonable method.
The updated Privacy Policy will be effective when posted unless otherwise stated. Your continued use of the Services after an update means you accept the updated Privacy Policy.
